THRIVE is a national technical assistance program that supports successful reentry for people with criminal justice histories. Our training program works with staff to integrate CCF's evidence-based and promising practices into their existing organizational structure.

THRIVE provides training and coaching to agencies that serve people with criminal justice involvement and want to strengthen their service delivery (community-based organizations, colleges and universities, parole and probation, corrections counseling, etc.). When institutions gain a better understanding of the challenges people face in reentry, they can begin to support CJ-impacted people through a different lens which provides better outcomes and broader impact.

THRIVE isn't accepting any new applications at this time. Stay tuned!

In 2019, THRIVE was evaluated by the Joyfields Institute, an expert in evidence-based practices. They found the THRIVE curriculum effectively uses existing research, empirical assessment, and data-driven decision-making to enhance client success, improve staff performance, and promote a culture of learning and collaboration.
